Kiley Gosselin
Executive Director, Housing Development Fund
Kiley brings over 20 years of experience in the community development and housing sector. She currently serves as the CEO of Housing Development Fund, a CDFI. Prior to that, she served as the Executive Director at the Partnership for Strong Communities, headed up Hartford’s development office, and worked on federal housing policy issues at the US Interagency Council on Homelessness under the Obama administration. Prior to that time, Kiley was a practicing attorney with Holland & Knight LLP in the area of tax and equity financing for affordable housing projects.
Kiley sits on the board of the Massachusetts Housing and Shelter Alliance and recently served on the boards of the Capital Region Development Authority and Connecticut Housing Finance Authority. Kiley holds a B.A. in Policy Science and Policy Studies from Rice University in Houston, T,X and a J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law.
