Jennifer Kaufman

Jennifer Kaufman has served as the Director of Planning and Development for Mansfield, Connecticut, since 2022, guiding land use policy, zoning, community development, and affordable housing initiatives. Drawing on more than twenty-five years of experience in environmental planning, wetlands regulation, and municipal planning, she champions balanced, sustainable development that reflects the community’s long-term goals and values. Jennifer is a graduate of Bates College and holds a Master of Science in Natural Resources Planning from the University of Vermont.
