Brendan Mahoney is a Staff Attorney with the Connecticut Department of Labor. His areas of expertise include the Family and Medical Leave Act and its interaction with the Connecticut Paid Leave Act, prevailing wage, wage and hour and workplace standards, and CONN-OSHA. Prior to state service, Brendan litigated consumer and employment law in private practice. He is a member of the Connecticut State and Federal Bars; and a 2014 graduate of the University of Connecticut School of Law. Brendan lives in Tariffville with his wife, son and cat. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, riding things with two wheels, snowboarding and cooking.
